Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Products must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging still attached.
For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel are non-returnable unless faulty.
Sale and clearance items are eligible for return, but they may be subject to specific conditions. Please check the product description before purchasing.

Package Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible). Please include your order number and return form in the package.
Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

•We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. For COD orders, an additional fee is applicable to "cash handling" by the carrier partner.

DELIVERY TIME 
•We usually take 2-5 working days, depending on your location. Metros 2-3 days and the Rest of India 3-5 days. However, you can track your package using a unique tracking link, which we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.
